Brokerage Plus: When a $129 Brokerage Tier Outgrows the 5-Seat Ceiling

The Brokerage tier at $129/month tops out at 5 agent seats. That fits a 2-10 agent shop. Shops that grew past it used to have nowhere to go but Enterprise, and most of them left for Brivity or kvCORE. Brokerage Plus at $299/month closes that gap.

The mid-market gap that existed

PropertyGenome's pricing ladder used to skip the mid-market brokerage band. Brokerage at $129/month fit shops of 2-10 agents. Enterprise at $399/month and up fit larger teams with custom rollout. Anything in between — the 10-25 agent shop, the brokerage that doubled in twelve months, the brokerage that wanted seat headroom without an enterprise contract — had nowhere to land.

Most of those shops left PropertyGenome at exactly the moment they were starting to scale. They went to Brivity at $99-499/month or to Lofty/Sierra Interactive in the $499-1,500/month range. The competitive landscape had a clear band that PG was invisible to, and it was the band where serious revenue lives.

What Brokerage Plus gives a 10-25 agent shop

Brokerage Plus at $299/month inherits everything in the Brokerage tier and adds capacity. It keeps the white-label custom domain, the Branded CMA Report Builder, the Brokerage Admin panel, the Multi-Channel Campaign Launcher, the Showings scheduler, the Agent Plays library, and the full AI Intelligence suite (Permit Interpreter, Market Signal Predictor, Underwriting Copilot).

On top of those, the headline differences are capacity bumps that matter for a bigger team.

  • 25 agent seats — five times the Brokerage tier's 5-seat ceiling.
  • 5,000 tracked properties (matches Enterprise's headline cap).
  • 2,000 skip traces per month — four times what Brokerage allows.
  • 1,000 List Builder searches per month, 100 saved lists.
  • Faster 5-day portfolio rescore cadence (Brokerage is 7-day).
  • 50 AI Deal Recommendations per day (Brokerage is 25).
  • Webhook automation: 250 outbound webhook events per day for integrations with external brokerage tooling. This is the soft on-ramp before Enterprise's full webhook tier.

When to stay on Brokerage versus upgrade

  1. Stay on Brokerage if your shop is genuinely at 5 agents or fewer and skip-trace volume is consistently under 500/month. The $129 plan is a real product, not a feeder.
  2. Plan the upgrade when your seat count crosses 6. The Brokerage tier caps at 5; adding the 6th agent on Brokerage is not supported by the seat math, even if you only need one more.
  3. Upgrade when skip-trace usage runs past 500/month consistently — Brokerage Plus's 2,000/month limit is sized for a 10-25 agent team's lead-generation cadence.
  4. Upgrade when portfolio rescore latency starts mattering. The 7-day cadence on Brokerage is fine for slower markets; the 5-day cadence on Brokerage Plus catches more daily-changing distress signals.

What requires operator setup before live billing

Brokerage Plus shows up in the product immediately — it's on /pricing, /billing, and /signup as soon as the latest deploy lands. Self-serve Stripe checkout requires two environment variables that the operator has to provision in Stripe: PROPERTYGENOME_STRIPE_BROKERAGE_PLUS_PRICE_ID for the monthly recurring price and the annual variant for the 25-percent-off yearly option.

Until those env vars are set, the Choose Brokerage Plus button on /pricing falls through to the support mailto branch (the same behavior the Brokerage tier had in pre-Stripe environments). The plan card still displays, the bullets still show, the tier still exists in the system; what's gated is the credit-card path.
