What's now included on the Agent tier
Three outreach capabilities were unbundled to the Agent tier in the last update. They are not a separate add-on or a credit pack — Agent tier users have access automatically when their billing tier is Agent or above.
- Drip campaigns — multi-touch email + SMS + call-task cadences in the Deal Tracker. Agent tier allows up to 3 concurrent drip campaigns with drip enrollment on each deal.
- Twilio click-to-call Dialer — one-click calling from any deal that has a phone number. Calls log automatically as activities so the deal's outreach history stays current without manual entry.
- AI dialer scripts — script suggestions in the Dialer that adapt to the deal's property context (Genome Score, distress signals, owner profile) so the agent has a starting point on every call.
- Voice AI on every call — transcription, follow-up suggestions, and hands-free mode all included.
What still requires Brokerage or higher
- Power-dialer mode with queue + auto-advance + voicemail drops (Brokerage and Brokerage Plus).
- Multi-Channel Campaign Launcher unified email + SMS + direct mail (Brokerage and above).
- RVM ringless voicemail (Brokerage and above).
- Ads audience builder for paid-social retargeting (Brokerage and above).
- Virtual Driving for Dollars (Brokerage and above).
First-day setup for a new Agent-tier user
- Save one property into Deal Tracker by scoring it in Analyzer.
- Add a phone number to the deal's contact record so the Dialer can click-to-call.
- Open the deal's outreach panel and create one drip campaign — even a simple 3-touch email cadence is a useful baseline.
- Run one call through the Dialer with AI scripts on so you see the assistive flow in action.
- Review the auto-logged activity on the deal — every call, email, and drip enrollment lands here automatically.
Why this changed
Drip and dialer used to be Brokerage-tier features. That gating made the $29/month Agent tier look incomplete relative to LionDesk, Wise Agent, Top Producer, and Follow Up Boss, which all include drip + dialer at the same or lower price point.
The features themselves were already in the product (the DripCampaignPanel and Dialer components shipped long ago); the unbundle is purely a packaging change — same code, accessible to a wider set of plans.
