What changed recently
The subscription ladder gained a new $299/month Brokerage Plus tier for 10-25 agent shops outgrowing the Brokerage tier's 5-seat ceiling. The Agent tier also unbundled drip campaigns and the Twilio click-to-call Dialer (previously Brokerage-tier only) so $29/month Agent users get the real outreach toolkit that competing agent CRMs include at this price point.
Free is no longer surfaced as a selectable plan on /pricing, /billing, or /signup. The Free entity still exists for deep links and legacy users, but new signups choose between Homeowner ($0), Agent ($29), Plus ($49), Pro ($129), Brokerage ($129), Brokerage Plus ($299), and Enterprise (custom).
The Genome Score PDF flow uses the newer AIML-capable report path. Subscription gating is more explicit around saved searches and alerts. The AI surface is three separate tools: Genome AI (the deep agent), the general chatbot, and Voice AI (on every call).

- Agent ($29): 25 tracked properties, branded CMA workflows, drip campaigns + Twilio Dialer + AI dialer scripts (newly unbundled), outreach dashboard, 20 Voice AI queries/day, 50 chatbot messages/day.
- Plus ($49): full analyzer access, AI Score Analysis, AI Dashboard Insights, Natural Language Search, 30 Voice AI queries/day, 100 chatbot messages/day.
- Pro ($129): alerts, saved-search automation, full score breakdown, unlimited Voice AI/chatbot usage, 3 team seats, the full AI Intelligence suite (Permit Interpreter, Market Signal Predictor, Underwriting Copilot).
- Brokerage ($129): for 2-10 agent shops — white-label custom domain, branded CMA Report Builder, Brokerage Admin panel with 5 agent seats, Multi-Channel Campaign Launcher (email + SMS + direct mail), Showings scheduler with cross-seat conflict detection, 1,000 tracked properties, 500 skip traces/month.
- Brokerage Plus ($299): for 10-25 agent shops outgrowing the Brokerage tier — 25 agent seats, 5,000 tracked properties, 2,000 skip traces/month, 1,000 List Builder searches, faster 5-day portfolio rescore, webhook automation (250/day). Same white-label CMA and Brokerage Admin as Brokerage.
- Enterprise ($399+): raw export, custom weights, API and partner workflows, larger shared-team rollout support.
