Pick Brokerage Plus at $299/month if your shop has outgrown the 5-seat Brokerage ceiling but you do not yet need Enterprise's custom weights or raw export. The Brokerage Plus tier targets 10-25 agent shops with bigger pipelines, more skip-trace volume, and faster portfolio rescore cadence.
Brokerage Plus inherits everything in Brokerage (white-label CMA, Brokerage Admin, Multi-Channel Campaigns, Showings, Agent Plays, full AI suite) and adds capacity plus webhook automation for outbound integrations with brokerage tooling.

How to switch tiers
- Open the Billing page (linked below).
- On a paid plan, the active plan card shows a Manage Billing button. Click it to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can change to any plan or cancel.
- If your environment is still in demo billing mode (the Manage Billing button is replaced with Current Plan), email the support address shown on the active plan card.
- For Enterprise upgrades from any tier, use the Talk to Sales link instead — Enterprise needs a custom contract.
What still requires operator configuration
The Brokerage Plus tier ships in the product, but self-serve Stripe checkout for it requires the operator to provision the Stripe price IDs (PROPERTYGENOME_STRIPE_BROKERAGE_PLUS_PRICE_ID and the annual variant). Until those are set, the Choose Brokerage Plus button on /pricing falls through to the support mailto branch — the same behavior the Brokerage tier already has in pre-Stripe environments.
